Description
Join us in Alameda Point, Alameda on the morning of the Beer City Festival for a run around the waterfront. Alameda Pint includes 10k and 5k races, as well as our Beer Stroll, a one-mile walk that starts and ends with a toast! The post-race celebration includes a selection of beers that will be served at the Beer City Festival, which starts at noon. Runners receive a 30% discount to the full Beer City Festival.
Alameda Pint runs from Radium Runway, which is immediately adjacent to Waterfront Park, out and around Alameda Point West, by Faction Brewing, Almanac Brewing, Admiral Malting, and The Rake.
The Beer City fun begins on Labor Day, with our Beer Trail, which encourages you to visit East Bay brewers and collects special tokens. We notify you by text message where these can be found. It's fun and it's free!
Runners receive a shirt, a custom Beer City tasting glass for the finish celebration, and the coveted Key to Beer City Alameda.
The Race of Champions
Alameda Pint is a final year-end party for you and everyone who has been to Beer City throughout the year, from Santa Rosa to Sacramento, San Jose, and Fremont. Come enjoy a great race and go toe-to-toe with the Champions from the Beer City Series!

Thursday, September 12
6 pm Virtual Race Briefing on Zoom and Facebook Registered athletes receive information to attend. Afterward, the recorded version is available for all racers and their friends.
Saturday, September 21

The Courses
Alameda Pint runs throughout Alameda Point. All races start and finish at Radium Runway, which is right next to Waterfront Park. The 10k course follows the Bay Trail along the waterfront to the gate on Monarch Street. You will run down by Faction Brewing, over by Humble Sea, right next to Almanac Brewing and The Rake. Then you go down Main and over W. Atlantic. Next thing you know, you're bumping into the 5k racers! For 5k runners, you head straight out along the waterfront towards the USS Hornet. There's an out-and-back on the dock, then you loop around the West side of Alameda Point. Then you are home at Radium Runway by Waterfront Park. Here's the course on Strava with the elevation profile.
